The HGV Mechanic vacancy is Full time on site, ST4 in Stoke-on-Trent, Monday to Friday 0800 – 17.30The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Running the diagnostics of faults within HGV’s and analysing where possible
- Preventative and routing maintenance across all vehicles
- MOT preparation, presentation, and servicing
- General repairs and fixing any faults
- You will work on a variety of makes and models, predominantly 18 tonnes and over
- A can-do attitude is a must, with the ability to work well as part of a team, and happy to support colleagues where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Willing to learn and adapt well under pressure
- Positive and can-do attitude willing to go above and beyond
- HGV licence advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and maintain working relationships with colleagues and customers
