About the role
Deputy Package Manager Electrical for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Germany Responsibilities Provide guidance and support across the technical, commercial, and legal aspects of the electrical package, with a focus on inner array cables and TSO grid Connection workstreams. Review and contribute to technical specifications, contractual documents, and regulatory submissions. Oversee and coordinate the work of contract managers, external legal counsel, and engineering teams. Ensure alignment between internal project teams and external partners to maintain consistent progress and quality. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant grid code requirements, regulatory frameworks, and technological standards. Support the preparation of documentation and evidence required for regulatory approvals. Work closely with technical advisors, OEMs, and contractors to manage interfaces between turbine technology, array cables, and external grid connection systems. Lead or support technical interface workstreams, including SCADA, IT systems, and electrical transition EXPERIENCE Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience in offshore wind, grid infrastructure, or large-scale energy projects. Strong understanding of grid connection requirements, cable systems, and electrical interfaces. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments. Familiarity with contract management and regulatory processes is advantageous.
