Contracts Manager, Offshore Wind

Company Overview Taylor Hopkinson has partnered with a consulting company for offshore wind industry in Korea. Responsibilities: Responsible for the tender strategy and ensuring it is aligned with the overall Package/ Project Procurement Strategy. Responsible for the commercial part of tenders, including conditions of the contract and the tendering process. Engaging with Package/Project Managers and Engineering team members to ensure that tender and contract terms match scope and deliverable requirements. Assessing and benchmarking tender offers. Leading the negotiations team during negotiations with bidders and Engaging with Legal when needed on tendering and contract issues. Requirements: More than 5 years relevant working experience within the field of offshore wind or other energy/infrastructure projects. Hands-on experience as contract/commercial manager during development and construction phases of projects. First-hand industry knowledge and experience working with offshore foundation supply, and transport and installation contractors. Proficient in commercial tender negotiation and understanding of project phases, typical stakeholders and the scope of work involved with infrastructure projects. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation associated with construction projects.
