About the role
Key Responsibilities Drive overseas strategic planning and translate global strategy into regional action plans. Analyse international political, competitive, and market environments to identify opportunities. Expand new markets and business models while strengthening existing market performance. Lead overseas operations to achieve sales, profit, and market growth targets. Oversee end to end overseas project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance. Identify and mitigate geopolitical, compliance, supply chain, and operational risks. Build and manage diverse cross cultural teams and develop long-term talent pipelines. Lead complex international negotiations and develop strategic global partnerships. Ensure full compliance across all overseas business activities and project cycles. Collaborate across departments to integrate resources and enhance overall operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience leading overseas markets, international strategy, or regional P&L. Strong capability in new market development and large scale project management. Solid understanding of global compliance, trade regulations, and risk control. Demonstrated success in cross cultural leadership and talent development. Expertise in international negotiations and partnership building. Strong analytical skills with ability to operate in complex, dynamic environments. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel internationally based on business needs.
