Legal Manager / Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy Location: Hanoi, VietnamIndustry: Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind) An international renewable energy company is seeking a Legal Manager / Senior Legal Counsel to support its expanding solar and wind project portfolio in Vietnam. The role will work closely with the regional legal team and Vietnam leadership to support project development, investments, financing, and dispute matters across the company's renewable energy platform. This position offers the opportunity to work on utility-scale renewable projects within a fast-growing international energy business. Key Responsibilities * Provide legal support for renewable energy project development, investments, financing, M&A, and project divestments in Vietnam* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and project agreements related to solar and wind projects* Support transaction structuring, legal due diligence, and financing documentation* Participate in project dispute negotiations and litigation/arbitration support* Manage relationships with external legal counsel* Support the company's international compliance framework and legal risk management processes Requirements * 5-10 years of legal experience* Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, power, or project development* Exposure to solar preferred, at least one wind project experience is a must (from development to COD Phrase)* Experience supporting dispute resolution / litigation matters is advantageous* Bachelor's degree in Law * Native Vietnamese and fluent English
