Investment Manager Germany

Responsibilities: Structure and model investment cases for BESS projects and acquisitions in Germany and Europe Coordinate equity and debt financing, including project finance arrangements. Lead financial due diligence and support technical, legal, and commercial reviews. Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior management and investors. Identify and mitigate risks while unlocking new investment opportunities. Monitor project performance and optimise portfolio returns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technical, and legal departments. Requirements: Proven experience in project finance, infrastructure, or energy investments, preferably in renewables or infrastructure. Deep understanding of equity and debt financing structures and project finance mechanisms. Strong financial modeling skills, including IRR, NPV, and DSCR analysis. Familiarity with M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with investors, lenders, and internal teams Native in German and fluent in English Willingness to travel across Europe as required
