About the role
Company Overview Taylor Hopkinson has partnered with a offshore wind developer in Korea. Responsibilities: Financial Closing & Reporting Perform execution and cash flow management monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare financial statements (including notes) Handle regulatory disclosures and corporate tax adjustments Prepare financial reports in accordance with PF financing agreements and lender reporting requirements External Audit & Compliance Coordinate and support external audits (preparation of audit schedules, response to audit inquiries, and management of audit adjustments) Operate and assess the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) system Revenue & Asset Accounting Perform revenue settlement and accounting for REC/SMP income Manage fixed assets Management Accounting & Cost Control Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and control OPEX Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields 3-10 years of accounting experience Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit coordination Experience in corporate tax adjustments & IFRS-based financial closing Fluent in both Korean and English Location: Jeonnam Shinan, Korea
