About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Manager to support and grow our customer relationships in the European market. You will drive our business development across important European markets, generating new opportunities and maintaining sustainable relationships with IPPs, renewable energy developers, and infrastructure investors Key Responsibilities Support the identification and development of new business opportunities across utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation engineering, contributing to early-stage commercial strategy and client engagement; Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including project developers, EPC contractors, and utilities, to strengthen market positioning; Lead day-to-day business development and sales activities, from initial client outreach and technical discussions to proposal development and support in contract negotiations; Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prepare high-quality, tailored technical proposals aligned with client requirements and project specifications; Ensure an effective transition of awarded projects to the technical delivery team, maintaining ownership of the full sales cycle through to final account reconciliation; Track market developments and provide actionable insights to support management in refining commercial strategy and aligning with industry trends; Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and expanding the professional network. Your Profile Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales of engineering or technical services within the renewable energy sector, ideally in a multi-country environment; Well-established network within the European solar, energy storage, and grid infrastructure ecosystem, particularly among IPPs and project developers; Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of large-scale energy projects, from development through execution; Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels; Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); Additional languages such as German or Italian are considered an advantage; Willingness to travel across Europe as required to support business development activities.
