Onshore Landfall Site Manager - Contract Role in United Kingdom We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity to join our client's team as an Onshore Landfall Site Manager. This pivotal role places you at the forefront of offshore wind farm construction, overseeing critical onshore and nearshore activities in compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee export cable landfall works, prioritizing health and safety through Principal Contractor processes. Conduct regular inspections of offshore and onshore works, ensuring strict adherence to legislative and industry standards. Manage marine coordination activities, including nearshore vessel operations and associated communications. Review and approve written instructions, providing advice on construction methods to adapt to evolving circumstances. Prepare and deliver detailed construction reports for inclusion in the monthly Project report. Identify and address HSE risks or compliance issues, implementing mitigation measures as necessary. Collaborate with local authorities, landowners, and environmental organizations to uphold planning and ecological standards. Skills and Experience Offshore Wind Experience: Proven experience managing offshore wind farm construction. Health & Safety Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Principal Contractor responsibilities under CDM (2015) regulations. Effective Communication: Strong ability to lead meetings and engage with diverse stakeholders confidently. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with proficiency in quality assurance and construction documentation. English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, essential for effective operations and communication.
