Billing Supervisor

VH Financial Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking global organisation in their search for an experienced Billing Supervisor to join their Manchester-based Shared Service Centre.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, driving best practice in process handovers between SSC teams and local finance teams. You’ll be instrumental in developing Standard Operating Procedures, capturing knowledge, and overseeing smooth knowledge transfer.

The Role

As Billing Supervisor, you will take ownership of the Billing function within a Shared Service environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across processes. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team while playing a key role in driving continuous improvement and transformational change.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive Billing experience, with strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre or global organisation.
• Strong project and continuous/process improvement experience.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple regions.
• Experience with knowledge transfer/migration is highly desirable.
• Exposure to transformational projects would be a distinct advantage.
