Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Zest Education is recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, welcoming nursery in Burntwood. This is a fantastic full‑time opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and committed to providing high‑quality care and learning for young children.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0–5 through play‑based learning, daily routines and developmental activities. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and confident working within a busy nursery setting.

Working Hours

• Full time
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Term‑time and all‑year‑round applicants welcome depending on nursery needs

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years environment
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Warm, positive and professional approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and child development

• Supporting children through engaging, play‑based activities
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
• Assisting with routines, observations and developmental records
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver high‑quality early years provision
