Sales Negotiator Estate Agent – £30,000 – £40,000 Basic | OTE £50,000+ based in Staines upon Thames

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful and fast-paced estate agency in Staines-upon-Thames.

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships and wants to develop a successful career within property sales. Working within a busy office, you will be involved in generating valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

We are looking for someone with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Estate agency experience is preferred, although strong sales experience from another sector will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities

• Generating valuations and winning new business
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Working towards and exceeding targets
