About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a successful Residential Property team. The Role

You will manage a varied and busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering practical, commercially focused advice and an outstanding client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice while maintaining high standards of client service.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the Residential Property department.
• Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and members of the secretarial team.
• Working closely with the Head of Department and Partners.
• Making effective use of the firm's case management systems and administrative support.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies and continuing professional development obligations.
• Contributing to business development activities and networking opportunities where appropriate.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualified Solicitor status with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• A proven ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Technology & Systems
