What You'll Be Doing:

Deputising and leading on all SEND statutory requirements as SENDCO
Designing and implementing targeted, evidence-based interventions school-wide
Overseeing and mentoring an ambitious Inclusion Team and support staff
Collaboratively working with external agencies and parents to secure the best outcomes
Analysing SEND data to drive inclusive teaching and whole-school progress
Shaping outstanding EHCP provision, reviews, and transition planning

UK-trained, fully qualified teacher (QTS essential) ready to lead
Track record of Good or Outstanding teaching and SEND practice
Holds, or is working towards, the NASENCO qualification
