Shaping, leading, and evolving the school’s inclusive vision and SEND provision
Line-managing and mentoring a passionate SEN and Inclusion team

Designing and delivering transformative staff CPD and SEND training
Collaborating with SLT, LEA, external agencies, and families for holistic support
Implementing evidence-based practices to raise standards and close attainment gaps
