Leading, developing, and refining the school’s SEND strategy and ethos

Driving whole-school inclusion, adapting curriculum, and ensuring compliance
Building trusted relationships with parents, carers, and external partners
Monitoring and evaluating SEN progress data to accelerate pupil achievement

UK-trained teacher with substantial, demonstrable SEND expertise
QTS essential; NASENCO qualification highly desirable
