Job Title:  Credit Control Executive

Salary: £30,00 to 35,000, plus bonuses

Reports To: Credit Control Manager

Location: Windsor Office, 5 Days Per Week

The Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Collections Executive to support the day-to-day management and operational oversight of the Collections Department.

Oversee all open loans within your allocated collections portfolio, & ensure the timeline is updated as and when we have an update, ensuring missed repayments are promptly recovered within the established collections
process.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational collections experience with proven ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving lending environment.

The role will work closely with the Collections Manager to strengthen team performance, improve operational structure, support customer outcomes, and contribute toward the long-term development of the Collections & Retention function.

This role forms part of the long-term succession pathway into broader Collections Manager responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

They are based 1-minute walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside train station.

The office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm
