About the role
Connect Appointments are seeking a Sales & Accounts Assistant for work with our established client in Broxburn on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday
Working within an established team, the successful candidate will ensure the ongoing efficiency of fulfilling both internal requirements and customer engagement duties, with a remit ranging from sales admin to order processing and logistics. As a Sales & Accounts Assistant, you will also be responsible for:
- Following internal processes that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Assisting with customer service, credit control and admin duties
- Providing customers with quotes
The successful Sales & Accounts Assistant will have:
- Previous admin experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication
- Previous SAGE Accounts 50 experience
