Salary: BND 1,200–1,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Security Services Officer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support electronic security systems across client sites in Brunei. The role involves delivering high-quality technical solutions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
-Install, configure, maintain, and repair electronic security systems, including:
CCTV ,Access Control ,Intruder Alarms ,Perimeter Security ,Intercom Systems
-Diagnose and resolve technical faults.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Provide technical support and after-sales service.
-Assess client requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
-Train clients on system operation.
-Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
-Maintain compliance with QMS, HSE, and company procedures.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
-Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronic security system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and client support.

Languages
Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written).
