TSR Legal is pleased to be assisting a respected South Wales law firm with the appointment of a Senior Family and Matrimonial Solicitor to join its established team in either Cardiff or Newport.

This is an opportunity to become part of a firm whose reputation has been shaped by generations of trusted legal advice, strong relationships and an unwavering commitment to the people and communities it serves. The Family team is known for combining technical excellence with a genuinely personal approach, supporting clients through significant life events with sensitivity, professionalism and clear guidance.

You will take responsibility for a broad range of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial settlements, private children disputes, cohabitation issues and nuptial agreements. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play an active role in developing client relationships, supporting colleagues and contributing to the continued success of a collaborative and well regarded department.

The firm is seeking an experienced solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE who enjoys building long term client relationships and takes pride in delivering practical advice with empathy and confidence. You will be someone who values teamwork, maintains high professional standards and is keen to help shape the future of an ambitious Family practice.
