Document Handler – Back Shift

Exciting training opportunities are on offer for a Document Handler in Dyce, Aberdeen!

Pay rates: £13.46 per hour + £10 bonus for every shift completed

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 14.00 to 22.00

This role requires individuals who can commit to our client’s project; interpret/analyse printed and written data and are able to use IT systems and apps competently. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to follow detailed instructions and handle data confidentially. Full training will be provided.

Roles available are: Document Handler, Document Scanner and Document Prepper

As a Document Handler, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling sensitive information confidentially
• Interpreting and analysing data
• Accurately keying/typing information to set targets
• Meticulously following processes
• Decision-making and issue escalation
• Competently using IT systems and apps

The ideal Document Handler will be able to:

• Pass security checks
• Analyse data
• Competently use IT systems and apps
• Accurately key/type to target, ensuring a high-quality standard in your work
• Understand the need to keep information secure (knowledge of GDPR would be advantageous)
• Maintain professional standards and follow processes
• Be friendly, and able to work well in a team or as an individual
