Salary: £107.71–£111.85 per annum

The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Practitioner, you will:

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Help students develop communication, emotional regulation and social skills.

Work closely with teachers, Speech & Language Therapists and other specialist professionals.
-
Deliver personalised learning and behaviour support strategies.
-
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
-
Encourage independence, confidence and engagement in learning.

Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

We’re Looking For

A degree in Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Criminology or a related subject.

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.

An interest in Autism, ADHD, EBSA and neurodiversity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, resilience and a proactive approach.
-
Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential.
