Maths Teacher – Secondary School – DN32 – September Start Maths Teacher | Grimsby | Secondary Education | KS3–KS5
A secondary school in Grimsby (DN32) is seeking to appoint a Maths Teacher for a role starting in September 2026.
This position will mainly involve teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, although there may be the opportunity to teach KS5 for suitable candidates. The school is looking for someone with good subject knowledge, strong classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour effectively.

The role includes:

• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Potential involvement with KS5 classes, depending on experience
• Planning lessons in line with the secondary national curriculum
• Supporting students preparing for GCSE examinations
• Managing behaviour and maintaining a focused classroom environment

We are looking for:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Good knowledge of the secondary Maths curriculum
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
