Maths Teacher – Secondary School – DN17 – September Start Maths Teacher | Secondary Education | Scunthorpe | Up to £232 per day
A secondary school in Scunthorpe (DN17) is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher for a role starting in September 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start for available candidates.
The successful candidate will be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop confidence in numeracy and preparing KS4 pupils for GCSE examinations.
The school is open to hearing from both experienced teachers and ECTs, provided candidates are confident managing their own classes and maintaining a focused learning environment.
Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
