The Role

As a Tesco Colleague, you’ll play an important part in helping customers enjoy a great shopping experience every day. Working across different areas of the store, you’ll provide excellent customer service, build product knowledge and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities may include serving customers with confidence, replenishing shelves, picking customer orders, handling products carefully to maintain quality and accepting deliveries when required. You’ll follow store routines, put your training into practice, contribute to seasonal and community events, understand how your role supports store performance and work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
