About the role

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Picker Packer to join an established food production business based in East Kilbride.

What’s on offer?

  • Ongoing temporary position
  • Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 10pm and Friday, 10am to 6pm
  • Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour

As a Picker Packer, your duties will include:

  • Using handheld scanners to locate and pick customer orders
  • Packing products for shipping – this may involve heavy lifting
  • Conducting quality checks on all items to ensure consistent standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all company policies and procedures

To be considered as a Picker Packer, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Food production experience is advantageous
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • A reliable approach to work, both independently and as part of a team
