About the role
Job Title: Fire and Security Technician
Location: South West England
Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE
Are you a Fire and Security Technician based in the South West looking for your next opportunity? As a Fire and Security Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding a range of fire and security systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality life safety and security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
Service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
Diagnose and rectify faults across a variety of fire and security systems.
Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
Accurately complete service reports and associated paperwork.
Provide excellent customer service whilst representing the business on client sites.
Participate in an on-call rota where required.
Experience and Certifications required:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience servicing fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Full UK driving licence.
ECS/CSCS Card (desirable).
FIA or manufacturer training (desirable).
