About the role
Connect Appointments is recruiting Reach Truck Drivers for weekend work with an established food retail distribution business based in Cumbernauld.
Our client operates a busy distribution centre requiring experienced Reach Truck Drivers for Saturday and Sunday shifts with competitive weekly pay.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Saturday and Sunday, 2pm to 10pm
- £13.69 per hour – paid weekly
- Please note: induction takes place at 1pm on Saturday
As a Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely within a busy distribution environment
- Moving, stacking and organising stock at height within the facility
- Maintaining accurate stock placement and adhering to all health and safety requirements
To be considered as a Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
- A valid RTITB certified Reach Truck licence – D2 licence preferred due to working at heights above 8 metres
- Experienced in-house Reach Truck drivers with recent relevant experience may also be considered
