EHS Specialists

Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces in cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing environments? We're looking for two Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialists to help drive a strong safety culture across R&D, engineering, laboratory, and advanced manufacturing operations.What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day execution of Environmental, Health & Safety programsConduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and workplace risk assessmentsPerform facility audits and track corrective actions through completionManage hazardous materials, chemical inventories, SDS documentation, and hazardous waste complianceSupport industrial hygiene assessments and incident investigationsDeliver EHS training to employees across multiple departmentsRespond to onsite emergencies and help ensure regulatory compliancePartner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and Flight Test teams to build a proactive safety culture
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, hardware R&D, or similar environmentsStrong knowledge of Cal-OSHA, OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance requirementsExperience with incident investigations, corrective actions, audits, and regulatory documentationDOT/California hazardous waste experience, or the ability to obtain certificationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working hands-on in manufacturing and laboratory environments
