A busy country pub on the outskirts of Kendal is seeking an experienced Temporary Sous Chef to join the kitchen team from 30th July until 31st August.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, producing quality, traditional pub food using fresh ingredients.
The Role:
- Some split shifts required
- Working alongside an established kitchen team
- Preparing and serving a typical fresh pub menu
- Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Sous Chef role or be an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up. They will be organised, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering consistently high standards during a busy summer period.
