Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence essential
Weekends: Included on a rota basis

ASA Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist service in Ballingry, supporting autistic adults to live independently, enjoy their local community and achieve their personal goals.

This is more than just a care role. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support individuals to develop their independence and help them enjoy the activities and interests that matter to them.

About the Role

You will provide one-to-one, person-centred support based around the individual’s needs, preferences and goals.

Your role may include:

• Supporting individuals to access their local community and attend appointments
• Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests and social activities
• Supporting individuals to enjoy outdoor activities and walks
• Assisting with daily living skills and household tasks
• Supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and independence
• Providing personal care where required
• Promoting choice, dignity, inclusion and independence
• Building positive and trusting relationships

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys an active role, spending time outdoors and supporting people to get the most out of their day.
