Job Title
Executive Admin Assistant
Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Admin Assistant to join our client’s team in Leatherhead, supporting a senior company executive on a long-term project for a major Oil & Gas producer. This position is ideal for an organised and proactive professional with strong administrative skills.
Rate: £18-20ph
Location and Working Pattern Leatherhead – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on-site
Client Overview
Our client is working on a major project for an Oil & Gas global company, providing business support as part of a long-term engagement running into 2027.
Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s diary and coordinate meetings
Arrange international and domestic travel, including accommodation
Organise events and meetings, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly
Oversee office management tasks to support daily operations
Assist Saudi Aramco personnel relocating to the UK, including housing, schooling, and transportation arrangements
Prepare and manage documents using Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Handle document signing via DocuSign and maintain accurate records
Must-have Requirements
Previous experience supporting a senior company executive in an administrative or personal assistant capacity
Strong skills in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and DocuSign
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Nice-to-have Skills
Previous experience working with Aramco or other Middle Eastern energy companies
