About the role

Warehouse Supervisor – Liverpool Bay Project  North Wales / North West | 12-Month Contract | Outside IR35We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a major energy infrastructure project in Liverpool Bay.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile project within a fast-paced construction environment.
The Role

5.5 days per week onsite
Working on a large-scale EPC project
Managing all aspects of materials receipt, inspection, storage and control

 
Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials for quality, conformity, and quantity against drawings, POs, and packing lists
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials
Oversee safe handling, storage, and preservation of materials
Coordinate material movements and ensure compliance with project procedures
Liaise with the Quality team for inspection readiness
Monitor stock levels and incoming deliveries, supporting reporting and planning
Maintain accurate records within systems such as MARIAN, MAGA, or FMS
Ensure full traceability (test certificates, heat numbers, documentation)
Manage handover of materials to subcontractors and construction teams
Support shipment/return of damaged or non-conforming items

 
What We’re Looking For

8–10 years’ experience in a Warehouse / Materials Supervisory role
Strong experience in construction, oil & gas, or major projects
Solid understanding of materials control, QA/QC, and documentation
Experience working with project systems and traceability processes

 
Additional Info

Outside IR35
12-month contract
Immediate / ASAP start preferred
