Leading the school’s inclusive provision as designated SENCO
Overseeing EHCPs, reviews, and robust tracking of pupil progress

Coordinating external professionals – SALTs, EPs, and therapists
Advising and upskilling teaching staff on adaptive best practices
Engaging with parents, Governors, and school community as SEN champion
