What You'll Be Doing:

Devising and implementing a visionary SEND strategy across the school
Leading, coaching, and inspiring an outstanding, multidisciplinary SEN team
Collaborating with SLT to remove barriers and build inclusive curriculum pathways
Developing robust intervention frameworks tailored to a highly diverse student cohort
Overseeing EHCPs, accurate assessments, and stakeholder partnerships
Driving positive outcomes for SEND students – academic, social, and emotional

Qualified UK teacher with accredited SENDCO qualification (or working towards)
