Teaching KS1 pupils with creativity, drive and outstanding subject expertise
Leading maths across the school: policy, planning, teacher CPD, and pupil progress

Monitoring assessment data to support and challenge colleagues for continual improvement
Modelling best practice across key maths teaching strategies
Collaborating across teams to embed mastery approaches

Ideal KS1 Teacher & Maths Lead for this Brent School:

UK-trained teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
KS1 specialist with a passion for maths and cross-phase leadership ambition
Demonstrated Good or Outstanding classroom practice and references
