What You'll Be Doing:
Leading identification, assessment, and support planning for SEND students
Coordinating EHCPs, interventions, and tailored curriculum adaptations
Collaborating with families, external agencies, and internal staff
Training, coaching, and upskilling staff in inclusive practices
Monitoring SEND provision, driving measurable progress, and reporting to SLT
Meeting statutory duties as the school’s key point of SEND expertise
Ideal "SENCO" for this Greenwich School:
UK-trained teacher with QTS OR experienced practitioner in SEND
Graded Good or Outstanding in recent teaching/SEN roles
Passionate, resilient, and strongly evidence-driven
Outstanding communicator and relationship-builder
Experience with EHCPs, SEND code of practice, and impactful intervention
