What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, evolve and monitor the full SEND strategy with measurable impact
Coordinate and train a dynamic team of TAs, teachers and therapists
Forge partnerships with parents, outside agencies, and external professionals
Deliver targeted interventions and ensure robust EHCP compliance
Analyse data, drive impactful interventions, and report directly to SLT
Shape staff CPD and cultivate a culture of high aspiration for SEND pupils
Ideal SENCO for this Kensington and Chelsea School:
