What You’ll Be Doing:
Orchestrating cutting-edge SEND strategy and compliance across the school
Leading and mentoring a passionate team of TAs and support staff
Designing, implementing, and evaluating EHCPs for pupils with diverse needs
Building dynamic partnerships with families, external professionals, and agencies
Analysing SEND data to drive tailored interventions and measurable progress
Advocating tirelessly for pupil inclusion, wellbeing, and achievement
Ideal "SENCO" for this Redbridge School:
Qualified teacher (QTS essential) with accredited NASENCO or at least 2 years’ SEN experience
Demonstrated track record of positive SEN outcomes and strategic leadership
Outstanding communicator – articulate, empathetic, and proactive
