What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering outstanding, engaging KS1 classroom teaching rooted in best practice
Leading English across Key Stage 1, from curriculum design to peer mentoring
Modelling and driving innovative approaches to literacy and oracy
Analysing data to close gaps and accelerate pupil progress in reading/writing
Organising school-wide events and initiatives to build a culture of reading
Deploying evidenced-based interventions for SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils
Ideal KS1 Teacher & English Lead for this Lambeth School:
UK-trained with QTS – English specialism or significant primary experience
Proven Good or Outstanding classroom practice and clear impact on attainment
