What You'll Be Doing:

Overhauling and delivering a sector-leading SEND strategy as SENCO
Leading, inspiring, and developing a skilled SEN support & teaching team
Creating and tracking targeted support plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and external agencies
Delivering professional development on SEND and inclusive practice
Acting as SEND advocate, advisor, case manager and policy expert within SLT
Analysing pupil data, overseeing EHCP processes, and crafting positive learning journeys
