Finance Coordinator
Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator to join our clients team on site at HPC. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounts payable and receivable experience, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. In return, you’ll earn a salary of £32,000 and play a key role in managing financial processes.

£32,000 per annum
Location and Working Pattern
HPC site-based role, working 38 hours per week.This position supports financial operations across accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing, supporting suppliers and customers, and maintaining vital financial records.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for supplier account administration and queries
Manage accounts payable mailbox, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain records on the ERP system
Process supplier invoices, monitor approval workflows, and liaise with procurement and project teams
Prepare, issue, and maintain customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
Support debt collection activities and intercompany quarterly invoicing processes
Coordinate with the external accounting provider and manage associated requests
Maintain organised financial documentation and ensure all audit requirements are met
Must-have Requirements
A qualification in Accounting or Finance, ideally AAT Level 3 or 4
Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and experience using databases or ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and clear, confident communication
Full right to work in the UK and ability to gain site security clearance
Nice-to-have Skills
Previous experience in invoice processing within an ERP environment.
Knowledge of financial approval workflows and intercompany invoicing
