Support Driver - Cambridge

Salary: £32,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Support Driver to join our growing team in Cambridge.

The Role

As a Support Driver, you will assist operational teams with the safe delivery and collection of equipment and materials, support site activities, and ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained to a high standard. This is a varied role requiring flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect equipment, materials, and supplies to and from sites.
• Support site teams with general operational duties.
• Carry out vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.
• Complete delivery paperwork and records accurately.
• Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

Essential:

• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card.
• EUSR Card.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Desirable:

• Experience working within construction, utilities, or civil engineering environments.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
