Job Title: Fire Alarm Technician

Location: North East England – Newcastle upon Tyne (NE), Durham (DH), Sunderland (SR)

Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE

Are you a Fire Alarm Technician based in the North East looking for your next opportunity? As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites throughout Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham and Sunderland. You will be joining an established fire and security company with a strong reputation for delivering reliable life safety solutions and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Service, maintain and fault-find conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with industry standards.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimise system downtime.
Complete all service reports and associated documentation accurately.
Provide excellent customer service whilst working on client sites.
Participate in an on-call rota where required.

Experience and Certifications required:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience servicing and maintaining conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Full UK driving licence.
ECS/CSCS Card (desirable).
FIA or relevant fire alarm qualifications (desirable).
