Electronics Project Manager - Product

About the Role

You will plan and manage all aspects of products in serial production to optimise business performance and drive improvement across the existing product portfolio. The position is ideal for an individual with a strong electronics background who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement within R&D and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and moderate product teams across multiple functions.

  • Create transparency on portfolio structure and drive portfolio efficiency.

  • Collect, plan and manage Lifecycle Management (LCM) work requests and projects.

  • Plan, control and manage LCM budgets and resources.

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning for assigned product families.

  • Manage and report on risk and performance to senior leadership.

  • Document and deliver projects in line with defined processes and governance.

  • Define, implement, and improve processes, methods, and tools for Lifecycle Management.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Experience:

  • Significant experience in project management within R&D or product development environments.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in technically complex projects.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

  • Strong people leadership and influencing capability.

  • Skilled at managing priorities, risks, and conflicts.
