What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a key player in our engineering team, taking ownership of process improvement and supporting the successful delivery of new and existing products. Expect to get involved in:
•     Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activity and building clear project plans
•     Reviewing customer requirements and turning them into practical manufacturing solutions
•     Developing and refining manufacturing processes to improve quality and flow
•     Tackling production issues head-on and keeping projects on track
•     Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising standards
•     Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to hit project milestones

What you’ll bring
We’re after someone who’s adaptable, technically strong, and confident working in a fast?moving environment. You’ll need:
•     A degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
•     5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, project engineering, or a similar role
•     Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tooling, and production methods
•     Experience working with welding processes or welding?related projects
•     Familiarity with APQP/PPAP and modern manufacturing equipment
•     Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM (Autodesk Inventor or similar)
•     Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
•     A proactive mindset, resilience, and a collaborative approach
•     A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
