FTC - Interim Finance Transformation Lead role £60-65k, hybrid working 2-3 days onsite in the North East, 18+ months opportunity
I’m currently supporting a large organisation on an Interim Finance Transformation Lead role and keen to connect with individuals who have strong experience in this space.
This role is focused on Procure-to-Pay transformation, working closely with teams across multiple regions to drive consistency and standardisation of processes across the group.
Key elements of the role include:
- Leading end-to-end P2P process improvements and standardisation across international operations
- Working closely with global stakeholders across finance, procurement and operations
- Acting as the link between regional teams to ensure best practice and consistency
- Supporting wider finance transformation initiatives across the business
This would suit someone with a strong background in finance transformation, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment, who is comfortable influencing and working with stakeholders across different geographies.
