About the role
Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Hungary Type: 12 Months Extendable Contract Rate: Negotiable Overview Senior Salesforce developer role focused on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud for a major telco, working fully remote from Hungary. Blend of hands‑on Salesforce engineering, integrations, and AI‑driven solutions in an Agile (Scrum) environment. Key responsibilities Design and develop high‑quality solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud based on business requirements. Contribute actively to the customer's Salesforce development community, sharing best practices and patterns. Build, enhance, and maintain Lightning components, Apex classes/triggers, flows, and complex configuration. Design and implement integrations with various internal and external systems, with and without middleware, following Force.com API best practices and integration patterns. Support the design and development of Open APIs aligned to TM Forum Open Digital Architecture. Apply AI and machine‑learning capabilities on the Salesforce platform (e.g. leveraging tools such as Vibes / similar AI capabilities) and work with Data360‑related data flows where required. Key skills & experience Solid, proven hands‑on experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud). Strong Lightning development experience (Lightning Web Components/Lightning), Apex, and Salesforce Flows. Experience with CloudSense in a telco or similar context. Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with diverse systems and external applications, using various Force.com APIs and integration patterns. Experience with AI/ML on Salesforce and exposure to Data360. Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture and Open API design/development. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams; any prior Scrum Master exposure is a plus. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Previous experience in telecommunications is highly desirable. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
