What You’ll Be Doing:

Spearheading high-impact SEND strategies and outstanding practice school-wide
Chairing EHCP, annual review, and intervention meetings with clarity and rigour
Leading and inspiring a team of TAs, therapists, and pastoral staff
Coaching subject teachers to ensure true curriculum accessibility for all learners
Building transformational partnerships with parents, external agencies, and the wider community

Ideal “SENCO” for this Southwark School:

UK-trained teacher with QTS and strong classroom reputation
Specialist SEND qualification (e.g., NASENCO) or demonstrable SEND leadership
Credible track record with Good or Outstanding references
