Leading, developing, and inspiring the Learning Support Team to an exceptional standard

Overseeing EHCPs, provision mapping, and progress analysis for all SEND students
Liaising closely with families, external agencies, and key staff for wraparound support
Ensuring best practice in classroom adaptations, assistive technology, and staff development
